Abby Lemke, MS, LPC-IT

I am a counselor who is passionate about supporting women on their reproductive and parenthood journeys. My own infertility journey inspired me to change careers and become a therapist.  I am committed to honoring your story and supporting you at every step as your journey unfolds. I am a champion of self-compassion and self-care. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that is a soft place to land during what are among life’s most difficult challenges. Healing is possible; you don’t have to face this alone.

My goal is to combine warm, compassionate, personalized therapy with the latest research-backed strategies for supporting women’s mental health.  I am a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and have completed advanced mental health training through ASRM. I provide person-centered therapy through a trauma-informed lens.  I also utilize mindfulness, somatic processing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy strategies to help clients support their mental health from a holistic perspective. I am practicing under the supervision of Elizabeth Canfield, MS, LPC, NBCC.
